5K The IDEAL Way
Virtual 5K Run, Walk, or Wheel

IDEAL kicked off our Sweet Sixteen celebration on Saturday, October 16, with our second annual virtual fitness event, 5K The IDEAL Way! Participants ran, walked, or wheeled, took yoga, pilates, and dance classes, went apple picking, practiced karate, ran errands, and got active in many more ways. We are close to our goal of 16,000 active minutes as a community, so we're giving everyone until Friday to help us make it. 5K The IDEAL Way is open to the public and we encourage all of our students, families, faculty, and staff to invite their friends and relatives to participate.
