5K The IDEAL Way
Virtual 5K Run, Walk, or Wheel
IDEAL kicked off our Sweet Sixteen celebration on Saturday, October 16, with our second annual virtual fitness event, 5K The IDEAL Way! Participants ran, walked, or wheeled, took yoga, pilates, and dance classes, went apple picking, practiced karate, ran errands, and got active in many more ways. We reached our goal of 16,000 active minutes as a community and raised more than $6,000 in donations during the event. Thanks to everyone who participated!
