The Second Grade Community
The Lower School's Hispanic Heritage Month assembly began with the second graders dressed as various professionals – a nurse, firefighter, veterinarian, construction worker, mail carrier, and park ranger. They read what they wrote about these community members’ jobs, introducing the Word of the Month – Community.
