MLK Day of Service: Upper School
In Upper School, Friday, January 13, began with a presentation led by fifth grade teacher Peter Tedesco and Middle School Head Joanne Ginis. Mr. T. brought the Students Rebuild project to IDEAL. Following the assembly, all fifth grade and Upper School students designed two postcards, each of which will earn $5 that will go directly to helping refugee children around the world. Juniors, seniors, and Next Steps students also prepared more than 100 sandwiches that they packaged with apples, carrots, and granola bars and delivered to NY Common Pantry.
