Lower School Moving Up Ceremony 2024

On Thursday, June 13, Lower School held its Moving Up Ceremony in the gym and multi-purpose room. Ms. Wolfe, Ms. Fersko, and each class’s teachers celebrated the students’ achievements. Kindergarten, first, and second grade students sang “Seeds.” Grades 3, 4, and 5 followed with “Carry the Light.” The full Lower School chorus came together to sing “You Are Light.” Ms. Hernandez and her father, Prof. Hernandez, accompanied the students on piano and guitar. The recorder ensemble played “Here Comes the Sun.” The event concluded with the announcement of the IDEAL Peace Prize Award, which was awarded to third grade.
