Fifth Grade Moving Up Assembly

On the morning of Friday, June 6, Ms. Hernandez on flute and Mr. Prodis on guitar dueted on "Pomp and Circumstance" as the fifth graders joined their families and the assembled Lower School in the gym. Ms. Wolfe and Ms. Fersko lauded the students, observing how far they’d come in the months or years they’d been at IDEAL, and how they have changed during this, their final year in Lower School. The students received Certificates of Completion, then joined Ms. Hernandez to lead the singing of the school song. When the assembly closed, the fifth graders processed once more past the Lower School students to their reception in the Learning Center. See photos in this Facebook album.
