Technology

Middle school students around a table working on chromebooks

All Middle School students receive a Chromebook at the start of each year and are taught to use this technology to organize their work, increase their efficiency, evaluate resources, conduct research, and produce original work. In all classes, students have opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge via digital platforms, video, blogging, and social media. Arts electives feature projects such as digital music production and stop motion animation. Each eighth grade student also prepares and delivers an IDEALTalk in an Upper School assembly, learning through the process to persuade their audience using their words and images.
